His journey began at Kenny's Ribs, where he honed his skills in restaurant management and continued as he contributed to the success of notable establishments such as Snaps Cajun and Creole Restaurant & Bar, The Sinibar, and Shark Bar. Mikal further solidified his expertise through strategic partnerships with Phil & Nate Productions, engaging Chicago's urban professionals. His corporate hospitality experience is extensive, having held positions at Darden Restaurants, The Cheesecake Factory, Coopers Hawk Winery, Morton’s The Steakhouse, and Eddie V’s Prime Seafood restaurant. Mikal's seasoned background and passion for the hospitality industry make him a pivotal addition to The Embassy Cigar Lounge team.
